Process

from raw to ready

From sourcing to packaging, every step in our process is designed to preserve the natural quality and nutritional value of our brewer’s yeast.

Transfer & Recieve Material

Material qualified will transfer from breweries factories to TBES site, storage in holding tank.

Drum Drying

The separated yeast is then dried using a drum dryer, which employs steam to heat and vaporize water from the material.

Mill Sifting

After drying, the yeast is milled and sifted, likely to achieve a consistent particle size.

Storage Silo

The processed yeast is then stored in a silo, ready for packaging.

Packaging

Regular package, retail 25kg kraft PP bag or Jumbo bags 2 size. 600 KG and 1200 KG.
