Uniforms of Hope, Smiles of Tomorrow: TBES School Uniform Trip to the Highlands

On our latest charity trip, the TBES team travelled to the highlands with new school uniforms and school supplies for the children there. The aim was simple: help each child start school dressed like their classmates and ready to learn.

Why a uniform matters

For a child, a school uniform means belonging. It removes one reason to feel different in class, and it shows that people beyond their own community care whether they keep going to school.

Watching the children try on their new uniforms and open their school kits was the moment our team will remember from this trip.

What we brought

• New school uniforms
• School supplies and study kits

Part of a longer journey

This trip is part of our long-term support for the children at Ling La Parish, told in Supporting Highland Children in Kon Tum. Compassion, responsibility and community are values we try to live by at TBES, at work and outside it, and we plan to go back.
